Sony SNC-RS46P Useing
The Sony SNC-RS46P would be best suited to internal security monitoring as part of a larger surveillance installation in areas such as shopping malls, airport lounges and casinos. The two-way audio component may also make the camera suitable for remote management where managers can remotely check on workers or production and communicate with them quickly and easily should the need arise.
The Sony SNC-RS46P is a feature rich IP security camera with powerful 36x optical zoom, 360¡ã pan and 210¡ã tilt. Installation of the camera is quick and easy with High Power over Ethernet support which combines data and power into a single cable as well as a "Quick-lock" mounting bracket which simplifies mounting the camera.
To increase the effectiveness of the motion detection system, Sony have fitted DEPA video analytics to the SNC-RS46P. This system does not simply detect motion but instead intelligently identifies objects and can trigger an even based on an objects movement, direction and location.
Day/night functionality is also included on the SNC-RS46P allowing you to capture high quality footage 24 hours a day (infrared lighting required for low-light monitoring). Recordings can also be made directly to the camera using a Compact Flash card (not included) which removes the need for any external recording software.
