Sony SNC-RS44P Camera Overview :
The Sony SNC-RS44P is a compact dome IP camera designed for professional level security installations and features endless 360¡ã pan, an extended 210¡ã tilt and 18x optical zoom. The camera also offers day and night functionality allowing you to capture high quality video footage in low-light levels (infrared lighting required for night viewing).
Designed to be installed quickly, the SNC-RS44P features a "Quick-lock" mounting bracket for simple mounting as well as High Power over Ethernet support which reduces cabling requirements by combining video and power into a single cable. The SNC-RS44P also features DEPA video analytics which intelligently analyses video footage and can alert you based on object behavior.
The SNC-RS44P also offers a Compact Flash card slot which can allow you to connect wirelessly to your network using the Sony SNCA-CFW5 wireless Compact Flash card (not included) or store video to a Compact Flash card.
The Sony SNC-RS44N would be best suited to security installations as part of a larger surveillance network in locations such as bank or government building entrances, corporate car parks or courtyards. The powerful zoom functionality would also make this camera suitable for roles where a large open area has to be covered by a single camera such as building sites or supply yards.
